What blocks a refund: any quote landed in your report — a price (firm or ballpark), a pro’s scheduling constraints, what they’d need to see for a quote, or info about what they actually do offer. What we don’t refund: quotes you don’t like, prices outside your budget, or pros whose availability doesn’t match your timeline.
